Dolphin Cart - Troubleshooting

ERROR: FAILED CONNECTING TO DATABASE - CANNOT LOAD DOLPHIN CART CONFIGURATION

This is a general startup error in the configuration loading phase of the initialization. After the error is printed, usually an array with error messages will be displayed.

In this case it means that there was an error communicating with your FileMaker Server. Please investigate the following possible causes:

  • The FileMaker Server does not have XML web publishing enabled
  • The FileMaker Server was not configured and deployed for web publishing on your server
  • The database file name or server address are incorrect in the include/config.inc.php Dolphin Cart file
  • Your FileMaker Server might have crushed and needs to be restarted
